I had an idea similar to this, I called it the "hate time trio" it was revenge t.u.e paps fellswap papyrus and dustbelief papyrus. In phase 2 fell was dead and dust absorbed his soul and swap last genocide papyrus replaced him. phase 3 would be haikai papyrus (I swear english destruction translated to haikai in japanese) revenge paps swap last genocide paps dustbelief papyrus and fellswap paps all in one body 4 arms holding the bone spear of t.u.e the 2 lances from dustbelief and the sword from swap last genocide as well as dust sans and undyne the undying fighting alongside haikai paps (they are there because of dustbelief). phase 4 would just be phase 3 but with 2 cuts and phase 5 would be melted. phase 6 would be just haikai paps near death and dust sans using asgores trident and asriels saber. phase 7 would be surprise! Gaster and would be nigh unbeatable. phase 8 if you somehow in God's name get past gaster well the annoying dog with no one left to annoy battles you and this phase will not be beatable because the dog deletes all of your buttons and turns the entire hit box white and gives himself unlimited attack and defense
This is where I clear up some things. Phase 8 is just there for fun (and rageing). Phase 4 has 2 cuts because the human (not chara or frisk) gets tired of this and cuts him twice thinking it will end this (it doesn't). undyne dies in phase 5 which is why it's just dust sans and haikai paps in phase 6. The reason it's called hate time trio is because they all hate the human. In phase 5 paps melts because fellswap doesn't have dt so they start melting due to t.u.e paps (who absorbed dustbelief and swap last genocide because of gaster) being unable to stabilize the form and the 2 cuts in haikai's chest. Now time for the abilities of haikai! Papyrus. First is teleportation, second is good old bones and gaster blasters, third is that the glaive/sword swap last genocide uses can be used as a boomerang, fourth haikai paps can use gaster hands as well as use the abilities gaster from glitchtale uses (except polychrometism), fifth they can turn a soul any color in any of haikai! Paps phases (including grey)
