The ND mini My Dream palette has been my go to this year. So much so that I panned multiple shades! It’s a super useful and easy palette.

Yep I totally get the reasoning on this ranking 🙂I only bought 3 this year and my number one was the mini my dream because I can use it on its own or with any other palette I own and it goes in some way 2.5 😆is the I need a warm and 2 is the golden palette … all three of theses I love and are in my most frequent daily use rotation in some way the ranking is mostly based on my favorite undertones of the the shades out of each color story 😀

The Moira Celestial is older but super solid. Especially for the price. Its a beautiful Valentines Day/ spring palette. Great choice.

The Urban Decay palette is still available on Look Fantastic (UK) and Cult Beauty (UK). Both retailers do ship to lots of different countries so it's worth a shot if anyone is desperate to get their hands on the palette

Had to come back to say, if the it nudes didn’t quite mesh with you, you can try to do your own it nudes type palette, with Natasha denona. I don’t remember if you have the midi xenon? If you do, use mattes from My Dream (or mini my dream), maybe a couple shades from retro, INAN, and xenon, and you can get similar looks but you can tweak it to be more what you like if you use shadows you like better. Some Natasha shadows I like to use to try to do my own “icy nudes” or “winter look “ take are:

Mini my dream will give a somewhat icy nudes vibe, the shade Galaxia is pretty in the mini retro or mini starlette you can combine with any other shades…
I did try to “dupe” the icy nudes with Natasha denona palettes. I definitely can get similar vibes! It was pretty fun. But then if I want it a little warmer or little cooler or little more this or that. I can do that…
That’s such a good idea!! I know you can pop the ND shades out and rearrange them. I haven’t done that yet. I like having the complete palettes, especially if I use them on a video. It’d be hard to explain that it’s a shade from one palette in the packaging of another 😅 BUT I love that idea for sure! Making your own curated palette that’s perfect for you 😍 we’ll see my thoughts on Icy Nude after my one week one palette 😅

My favorite pallet I tried this year was the ABH Mini Sultry which I was not expecting to like so much

Do you guys not have the Naked Palette at Sephora in the US? We have it on Sephora Canada, it’s sold out online but still in some stores!
It sold out! And I called the couple of Ulta’s around me and they all said they didn’t have any in stock :(

Oooh I love the ND mini my dream palette! I agree with you on the INAW palette. It’s nice but just not a favorite. I like it more in the summer when I’m tan. But in the winter, it just looks too orange on me. And the new golden palette of hers, it’s nice if I want to wear gold but I don’t really like to wear gold. So that one’s not a favorite either. The My Dream, xenon (I love using the shimmers with the mattes in my dream), INAN, and retro are my top 4 Natasha palettes ever! And mini my dream and mini biba are my favorite minis! Oh and I love the shade Galaxia which is found in both the mini Starlette and mini retro, so I love those too, for that one shade, lol. I wish Galaxia would be in the my dream palette. I love using it with the berries. But if you haven’t tried it already, try using the mattes from my dream (nurture and aspiration), with the shimmers from xenon. Neve, or snowbow, or skift…. Stunning with the neutral mid brown and the purply toned deep brown. Love them together!!!! I can’t remember if you have my dream. If not you could use the mini my dream. It has nurture and similar dark brown but I think the deep brown in mini my dream might be cooler? I like to blow out that deep shade, a lot, but when I do that it’s more sheered out. But then topped with those shimmers from xenon, gorgeous!
I don’t have the my dream! But I did just pick up Biba and mini Biba! I’m super excited to try both of them out 😍 I’ve been eying both for a while and she had a super good set on sale for Black Friday! That’s a good point about INAW! I liked it but I wonder if, like you, I’ll like it more next summer when I have a bit of a tan! Thank you for your support as always 🥰

Powder palettes hardpan, or just fade and the colours are not as bright, if you've kept them clean and stored in a clean place, no mould will grow on them, they last for years, I've used them for 20yrs, absolutely no eye issues, I only toss when too dry to use, same with cream formulas, if they are stored safely, don't smell bad, nothing growing on it, not separated, you can use them for years!! This 12 mth shelf life is BS to get your money. Everything you buy in USA is Double the price in Australia, so theres no way we can afford to throw out $100s++ just because we have had it a year!!!
I definitely agree the 12 month shelf life is too short, especially for powder products! But I personally wouldn’t use a 20 year palette. But if it works for you, that’s great! I have som palettes they are 5+ years old that I still use and love!
