I’m so glad you’re doing better. I do agree 2023 was bad. For myself. Also breast cancer surgery treatment stroke but God brought me through it all. My thoughts and prayers are with you. And I truly enjoy all the different videos that you post.

I've been continuing my healthy journey. Down 65 lbs! I got a big milestone birthday next month . That was my incentive along with being a healthier me!
I do need to sleep better. That is a work in progress.

My dr has approved me to try Ozempic to help me loose some weight. With PCOS it's extremely hard to loose weight by myself.
