I’m new to automation, but love the concept. Need to create 2 new projects with automations. The first one I created does not trigger 😢. Watching this video to see what I’m missing. I think it’s my permissions bc I have Atlassian Automate as the Actor.
Thanks for your prompt reply. Also from what I have researched, it's not possible to insert tables and checkboxes inside the description field, expect if we use the quick tables app. Is that right?? I wanted to automate that too.

I don't think that is possible with automation rules.
