Saturday Feast: Stew Pork, Curry Duck, Red Beans, Curry Pig Liver, Fish Broth, and Chennet Chow

- The day before my sister went back home, we cooked up a feast for her. On the menu, Helen made her delicious red beans, stew pork, and curry pig liver. Leah made her famous fish broth and curry duck with help from their sous chefs Rajiv and Cindy.

Goodnight Vedesh. Sorry I missed your 'live' chat. In the previous video and now this one, I see you did the BBQ ribs and the stewed pork like I suggested. Good job. I cook red beans or any beans the way Helen did it, but I add a little bit of carnation milk at the end. It gives it a nice flavor. I knew that this lime by Cindy would be hilarious. Can't get away from the jokes. Anyway, the food looked delicious, even the liver, which I am not a fan of. What a very nice get together and I know that Gytri and her son would be sorely missed.
