OMG, made me cry so much!
My son just came to my mind and tears came along during that scene. It was intense.

Ryder, I am a 31 year old man. My mom was good at hiding the alcohol and drugs, real good. I thought she just worked a lot. She was not home much and when she was she was not very nice. She was VERY good at hiding it all. She didn’t hurt us until I was four and started dating this man. We always grew up fighting and I was always sad, alone, and angry. I didn’t have many friends and I couldn’t go anywhere except to school, home, or my grandparents.
Seeing you show the abandonment I went through hurt so much. Sam understood compassion and acceptance. I wasn’t like that. I wasn’t able to be happy and be myself and express myself. I was very sad and angry all the time. No one wanted to listen what was happening to me.
Ryder, thank you for showing me a happy ending. I’m alive today and have a lot of physical health issues. I really want to watch Sam grow up and see how he survives the abandonment and pain.
I wish I had someone who saw me inside like Palmer saw Sam. Palmer’s a hero and more kids need heroes. Palmer knew the hurt of abandonment and he was going to make sure it never happened again if he could help it.
Should win awards.

One of my favorite parts was when sam said he stole from ms vivian cus he was hungry , im not gona lie i teared up , no kid should go hungry ...
This movie made me cry because it reminded me in my childhood. Yes,I was born a boy and just like "Sam" I went through the bullying in my school,my mom wasn't a drug addict but my father was the typical macho man. I left home when I was 16 years old because I couldn't stand no more the physical and mentally abuse that I was submitted to.
If I tell you everything about my life I will have to write a book. An advice,,if you see your boy different, love him,spoil him,respect him and support him no matter what...Bravo for Ryder and Justin....You guys deserve a Oscar..👏👏👏👏💯💯

I watched this movie today and Wow! Amazing feel good movie with so much emotions that I felt while watching the movie . Justin Timberlake and Ryder Allen truly portrayed their roles very well because I could feel the reality of the storyline. A great Inspiring Movie of heart 👏👏

Speaking on the bullying portion. Justin, you've seriously shown all those who bullied you what you're can do. And, you have done it ALL and are AMAZING and still goin! Ryder is the most BEAUTIFUL BOY!! I am captivated by him. He is Funny, Charming, Sweet and so so Smart!! I truly believe he was perfect for this role and he will be in many more. I cry watching just the trailer. The movie really had me in tears. Sends the best message. Believe in yourself, be who you are and love who you are and don't let anyone take that away from you.

The acting of Ryder is beautiful. The movie is about 2 people finding unconditional love and learn what acceptance means despite age. It shows that with love and a chance people can change. People forget Justin was a child actor. I think he being a parent now he has matured so much so you really see a difference in his acting performance compared to his other works. He does not realize his Gma has dementia. There are many issues in this movie. Great movie just great. Watching again

Love Justin Timberlake as he reminds me of Hugh Jackman. Lovely men and wonderful actors. The kid is a weirdo odd ball. Watch out re this kid - he/she is really strange. The kid is really weird and very, very strange. Watch out for this weird precocious kid in the future - kid is actually beyond awful. Look out for this kid for awful events in the future. As for Justin Timberlake - he is beyond adorable and a bit nervous in the interview with this weird kid
The movie was actually very good about second chances, abusive and addictive parenting, but the message of a boy acting, behaving, and living as a girl is absolutely absurd and a false belief. A boy is a boy and a girl is a girl. That is how the Creator(God) made it and there's no amount of falsehood being preached can and will ever change that. Bless you, all.
