On feeling secondary in my in-laws' home

Though I love Chicken er Laal jhol, I never learnt to make it from anyone in my family. So like many Bengalis, naturally I went to @bongeats for reference.
This turned out beautifully!
As always, the chicken leg isn’t completely about chicken leg. It always starts with small things. And then expectations tend to get bigger by which time, you can’t really stand up for your own views and opinions. You don’t have to hurt people or disrespect them to disagree with them. And while my disagreement wasn’t always received well, things are far better now than they were a year ago.
