I have never seen yarn joined like that for in the round. Absolutely brilliant! I've been knitting for years. Consider myself expert/master... You taught this old dog a new trick. THANK YOU.
Hi, make a swatch with your yarn and needles and count how many stitches in 1cm (don’t need to be round number). Then get head measurement (by my table should be around 48-51cm for child) and multiply for this number, then found smaller (as we need to extract 10-15% for stretching) number multiplied by 8. Happy knitting. Do you think tutorial about gauge swatching and calculating of knitting tension would be useful?
First, make a gauge swatch (check my last video) and measure it. When you know how many stitches in 1 cm, measure head, multiply and extract 10-15% for stretching. Then see for this number multiply by 8, should be 56, 64, 72, 80 etc. Enjoy happy knitting 🧶❤️
What an incredibly frustrating video! In future, (1) write out your script BEFORE you start on the video - that way, you won't be grasping for words, and you will keep your voice even; (2) test out your video before posting it. The uneven voice and metre are really annoying, especially since this pattern was one I realy wanted to have.
Thank you for feedback. I don't have any problems with volume and metre on my device, can't say anything about it. About language, yes, far not perfect third language for me, but this is idea of the channel: to bring my tutorials for more people, that's why I'm using English. Script on this kind of video not applicable in my case. And if you're not happy you're always welcome to find other tutorials on RUclips from native speakers, it's millions of them here. Don't necessary to be rude, I'm not professional and doing my best. Have a nice day and happy knitting.

Can I knit a berret without circular needles? I only have pairs of knitting needles.
Yes, you can, just add some stitches and sew it in the end 🤗🧶❤️
