As a Kindle-heavy reader without much shelf space, you have one of the most enviable shelves/collections I've ever seen. You're so right that collecting and reading are separate hobbies! I've dipped my toes into collecting some first edition books that I doubt I'll ever physically read, lol.
Thanks!😊 it is super fun collecting. You might take ten trips to used books stores and never find anything cool. Then out of nowhere you’ll find a treasure. So satisfying!
I can't believe it took my this long to find this channel. The camera and sound quality of this video is fantastic. Also, your ease with which you speak on camera is just great. I am looking forward to going through your video library and for future content. Great work.
As a reader who enjoy watching peoples readings, I'm really happy to find you today bc its kinda sad to watch people having litteraly the SAME bookshelf, specifically romance books...( no shame just not my thing )
What a beautiful collection! I'm definitely interested in the other shelves as well (admittedly I haven't checked your channel if you already posted those since I am a bit late to this video :))
Nice collection. I am similar to you I drive a truck so I do audio books and kindle. But in my library at home have signed and first editions of the books I like. Good channel look forward to more
I love that you collect the beautiful and meaningful books. I've not seen a Juniper book before, and now I'm busy drooling over their website. Beautiful shelves, I am incredibly envious.
Your bookshelves are full of beautiful books! I’m excited to get into adult fantasy and your shelves remind me of how much there is to explore! Nice video :)
Beautiful collection - so jealous of the hardcover King, obviously. The hardcover Fortunately the Milk is amazing too. We’ve already gone through 2 copies of the paperback, so it would be nice to get something a little sturdier. Also, Joe Hill has such a nice signature. Very distinctive, especially when you compare it to Sanderson’s double swoop 😅
They are such a hidden gem, fantastic story! The adaptation was probably the most faithful I have ever seen. They totally nailed it :) thanks for watching!
Beautiful bookshelves Baron! I'm in love with how you arranged everything and a little bit jealous of all your special and signed editions. 😍 I think I'm going to buy those ASOIAF books you have on your shelves. I only saw them online but on video they look really nice and sturdy.
Thanks Jolien! It has already grown so much since I recorded this 🤦♂️ I have book buying problems. The ASOIF editions are totally worth it. They are relatively inexpensive for how nice the quality is. Thanks so much for watching :)
Great collection. By the way: what edition of Dark Matter is that? Is that a paperback? I ordered a used hardcover and it is practically orange (perhaps from the sun?). I would LOVE one with red writing on the side instead. Thanks!
“The girl doing stuff trilogy” 😂, I love it! That trilogy is awesome! You’ve got a great collection there. You mentioned some book club editions. What book club are you part of? Those are amazing editions of LOTR and Harry Potter. I wasn’t a fan of Rage of Dragons. Did you hear about the collector’s editions of Green Bone coming from Illumicrate? Those are lovely editions of First Law. Oh hey, are you on any social media?
Thanks for watching Chas! The book club edition are ones I have bought second hand. I’m not apart of any book clubs currently :/ I did see the illumicrate edition. I looks sooo awesome! I may need that one! No social media right now. I’m way behind the times. What is the standard in booktube, Twitter?
@@YourBrainonBooks Yeah Twitter seems to be the big one. I use Facebook as well, but only because I’ve been on it forever. Discord is big too, but that’s not so much social media as it is just friend chat.
Gotcha, I am on a bunch of discord servers. I’d like to start one up too if I ever get enough of a following. It’s super fun chatting with everyone. I’ll have to give Twitter a try too and see how it goes
Thanks for sharing! I'm insanely jealous of your signed "Imajica."
What an esthetically pleasing shelf organization, and of course the collection is quite impressive. 🙌 Congrats!

The literal dream collection 👌

Thank you so much! :) I have yet to add another shelf but I did a major unhaul and added a lot. I can’t seem to stop buying books 🤣

I appreciate the kind words. Thanks for watching Michael!
ReLly dig your collection, il be sticking around
These shelves are really well-organized. Just by seeing it gives me a great- instant satisfaction. Bravo!!
What a great gift of Memories of Ice from your wife! Marry her again!
I'm still on the hunt for that one, BCE until then!
Amazing collection Baron!
Thanks Kai! Yeah I’m a lucky a guy that she puts up with me

Hey Ellen! Oh yeah it never ends, but oh man is it fun ;) thanks for watching!
Loving the Juniper books too. I've looked at those in the past. I haven't pulled the trigger yet tho. Lol Nice book shelf tour!!
That Abercrombie!!😍😍
I'm drooling over those Dark Tower books!! 😍
Thanks Penny! Took me a while to get them all. Worth it!

I have that Lord of the Flies edition which I specifically bought for the art because it’s fantastic
Totally! It’s pretty brutal lol
Great Collection! I have to finish the Neapolitan novels! Read the first one because of the show (so good!) and have been meaning to finish the books.
They are such a hidden gem, fantastic story! The adaptation was probably the most faithful I have ever seen. They totally nailed it :) thanks for watching!
Those Dark Tower books are amazing! 🤩👌 You have an awesome collection. Happy reading 😊
Thanks for watching 😊

Thanks!!!! Yeah it’s just the trade paperback. Nothing fancy :)
I love you Dark Tower collection! I'm trying to get the same books on ebay!
Thanks! I’ve noticed prices have dropped on them lately. Good time to pick them up :)
Beautiful First Law editions behind a couch, I can't 💀
🤣 back to the mud
Beautiful bookshelf display
Thanks 🙏
Not sure how much Juniper cost 3 years ago but it sure can't be worth it anymore. Insane prices for covers
Your books and shelves are gorgeous
Thanks Andrew! I appreciate you taking the time and checking this out :)
Great collection mate, love the Malazan hardbacks, those covers are better than the newer ones IMO.
Thanks man! I appreciate you checking it out. This covers are for sure sucking diesel
@@YourBrainonBooks hell yeah, they certainly do 😂
You and I have similar taste in books. I've been looking at juniper books. I really love leatherbound books. Nice shelves.
Thanks Perry! Anything been catching your eye there?
@@YourBrainonBooks the red rising trilogy looks nice. There are a lot of doors on folio society and easton press, but those are expensive.
Yeah the stuff can get expensive. Especially once you start getting into things like Suntup, centipede press, ect
Brandon, are there any books I need to read before the Malazan novels that are part of the story, or are they stand-alones?
Hi! No you can jump right into Gardens of the moon :)

Definitely interested in special edition content.
Good to know! I love nerding out on that stuff
Great tour and excellent collection. Clive Barker stuff is awesome. And First Law for the win. Glad to find your channel.
Glad to have you! Thank you so much for checking it out!
Buys thousands of dollars worth of decorative books. Displays them on particle board bookcases with sagging shelves like every other "booktuber."
