I think they didn’t give him decoding debuff because, due to his weird healing, he would spend the most of the game injured and triggering that team decoding debuff persona hunter always brings.
I disagree. Perfumes have a few seconds of CD so against hunters like Opera Singer or Nightwatch (or even a good Blink), she might get hit before the next perfume is available to use. Perfumer can't rebound kite with her items but Puppeteer might have one of the best rebound kite potentials in the game (basically guaranteed to take two hits to go down). As for feeding presence, if you can do a 5 cipher kite, you can feed as much presence as you want imo.
There is a video with that already, it was on the test server and the hunter lost because honestly, even not being able to heal he can still tank up a lot of damage (the hunter wasn't a chip damage hunter)
