Reading the comments makes me realize how important music is. I grew up listening to the original Halo trilogy OST and it gives me the same feelings as the people in the comments are saying. All I can say is video games have given us some of the greatest music, period.

This has always been my favorite piece from the entire Final Fantasy X soundtrack...but the accuracy of this arrangement and the delicate richness of your playing somehow elevate it to something else entirely. A verdant, misty forest, glittering in twilight...a touch of melancholy...it sends the imagination soaring! This is just too lovely for words.
I have listened to this an OBSCENE number of times. I've been trying to learn it for like a year now, but I'm nowhere near as fluid and expressive as you. Fantastic job man.

My other favorite would be "Duke of Pianeet" who unfortunately isn't active on RUclips himself. But some people put up videos from him anyway (search for his "Aoi Tori Piano Solo"), he may be the best game music pianist I have ever seen.

This is the most beautiful rendition Silence before storms I've ever heard. It's so rare to find a relic like this to bring me tears of nostalgia and peace. This song gives me images of a paradise during a bright storm, rain falling just perfectly setting in and complementing, the silence before the storm. If one were to pass away, this would be such a fitting song to say your goodbyes with. Amazing job, thank you so much for sharing it.

@Drassielle Hi, this is the Kawai CA-9, it's an outdated model and the current equivalent would be the CA-93. I can't recommend the current line though because the pianos are having some firmware problems which result in cracking noises, desync issues etc.. So if you want to get one, test it out thoroughly at a store. And yes this arrangement is really great, I like it a lot, too. That entire forest was just genius, and as you say, the part of the game was very memorable as well.
I like your rendition even more than the original. It has something special I can t tell exactly what. I downloaded the track in my phone so there is something like 10000 views which are not taking into account!

Impressive arrangement. Really. Much more detailed than the other (official?) versions on youtube. The performance recreates the ambiance of the original track from the game I close my eyes and Im in the Macalania Woods. Very authentic. I took the sheets to my professor; she doesnt know anything about FFX but she fell in love with the small passage she sight-read, and stole my sheets :) I will work on it. I know that behind the seemingly ease of execution lies hours of work.

@VirtualHarmonies Well thanks a lot :) You can attribute the sound of this to Vincent's arranging, it sure is one of the more sophisticated arrangements I have seen and you can tell it was done by someone who actually knows about music itself (going further than 'just' playing an instrument).
