Also want to ask as to ehat happened to PVP not reading any patch note its been 2 days already since end season why can't I still play rank😢

I really have no clue either, I would need to check that out right now lol.
Edit, they are making lots of changes to the points awarded, a new ELO system and other things so pretty much will be available again after the next update tomorrow.

Yeah meta changes and a lot of OP costumes comes every patch pretty much, I follow meta characters time to time, but in the end I keep using the ones I like. Btw you forgot one more tier list, the waifu tier list

Is Medical Club Teresse any good? or should we skip the current banners?

She seems to be a go to for future bosses since you no longer need crit rate, not a must but a good option I personally don't like it. When it comes to Glacia she is for PVP and is very good for that if you enjoy pvp go for it.

Liatris is not that good in pvp. She's rarely played in top 1000.
