Thanks! It certainly caused quite a stir. The bluegrass community takes a bit of time to warm up to anything unconventional. But the washtub bass is really a pretty traditional instrument so I was quite surprised at the response.
It’s a 2 day event. And there are jams going on like this everywhere on every floor. They play in the halls all night. I was there till 3am but other people play till the sun comes up. They might switch floors though.
