So when you unloaded the green dump truck with the gravel, i noticed you slowed it down, like the video speed or playback speed or w/e, and i just have to say, that effect made it look much better and more realistic! with the scale difference in all smaller models it would happen in an instant, but full size takes some time, and i gotta say its the first time ive seen it done this way in a scale RC video as well 👏
I have made some videos on how some of the machines are made. Specifically the dozer and a skid steer. The grader and compactor I have not made videos as I didn't think there would be much attention to those models.

Seeing people with an RC collection worth more than my entire net worth is a little depressing. I know the one guy was saying like 10 grand for an excavator. They're cool, but not that cool. I'll live vicariously through you guys.
Well to put it in perspective none of my stuff is over $10k. The german models usually are more than that. I make most of my stuff which keeps costs down. But you can get into the Hobby for less than $1k on the excavators. I leave links so you can check to see what these really cost. Glad you enjoy watching.
Took me about 3 months of designing. On and off, an hour here an hour there. Printing about a roll of pla. And then all tge servos motors, esc, tires, screws, paint and other parts. Many hours of printing. Can't say how many hours but a lot. Costs just for parts. Maybe $900 to make it.
Love your videos. You have a really extraordinary fleet of machines and know well how to put things together. Like you're saying "realism is the key" !!

The chain I got from Amazon. Just 1/10scale chain. As for the manholes they are 3d printed. You can find tge files on thingiverse to print them.

no this was not converted. This was 100% 3d design and printed.
