- It’s been a year since reporter Deion Broxton captured the moment he locked eyes with a wild bison at Yellowstone Park in Montana and decided to split. Our Inside Edition video with him has been seen more than a million times on RUclips. A lot has happened since then. Broxton says he took a job in Iowa a few months after sharing the video and he recently tweeted that he won an award from the Iowa Broadcast News Association. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more. #InsideEdition

That clip saved me from becoming another victim of a Bison attack, thank you sir.

The fact that he walked away from the bison is the reason he lived long enough to receive the journalism award. I would NEVER fault this man for doing what his instincts told him to do!
Yes, and the flip side is, I would never fault a reporter for dropping his mic & trying to help someone whose life is in danger, as opposed to just callously continuing to report.
Yup, he WALKED AWAY from the bison, not BOLTED. Exaggerating has diluted the meanings of many words.
@DarksideBallerina......Absolutely cannot blame the man.But I do have to say the expression on his face and his statement were priceless. Dignified but priceless nonetheless.

He shouldnt feel guilty but its one of yhe requirements if u work in journalism .. you need to be very articulated and use a professional vocabulary for all audiences .. theres nothing wrong with that
When numbers is all that matter, its understandable that you'd want to be palatable to as many people as possible. So many not good looking people try hard to be youtubers.
