Well, first set the time and your time zone correctly. The time is shown by default. In order to see other time zones time, enter the World time mode and select the zone, the time will be shown on the screen.

i just dont like noticable watches like the model you have
I understand, most time I wear classic like colors black or blue, but sometimes especially in a summer time, orange or yellow looks nice on the wrist.
I thought this was going to show how to adjust the watch, but it was done far too quickly for my liking, and the incidental music was really getting on my nerves!! WHY!!!!
