DAN OČEVA I NAPOKON OTVARAMO ISPRAVNU KUTIJU | mama 4 djece |

U današnjem videu smo napokon imali priliku iznenaditi tatu za Dan očeva. To je bio Internacionalni Dan očeva (Father's day) koji se ove godine slavio u nedjelju, 20.6. Nakon toga možete vidjeti kako je Jan sam sebi izvadio 3. zubić, te kako smo napokon otvorili kutiju koju smo jako dugo čekali. Možete vidjeti što je u njoj bilo i da li se djeci svidjelo!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups spelt flour
1 TBS baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups almond milk (you can substitute regular)
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs, separated
1 TBS pure vanilla extract
4 TBS butter, unsalted
4 TBS unrefined coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat waffle iron.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir to combine. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, vanilla and 2 egg yolks. Add the dry ingredients and stir gently until mostly combined. Add the melted butter and coconut oil. Stir gently to combine.
In a separate bowl using a whisk, beat the 2 egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into the batter until they are ALMOST completely incorporated.
Pour the batter into your waffle iron and cook according to it’s directions.
