    Ingredients:
    For Pasta:
    4 cups water
    2 tbsp oil
    2 cups pasta (penne or fusilli recommended)
    For Vegetables:
    3 tbsp oil
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
    1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
    For White Sauce:
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
    2 cups chicken broth (or water)
    1 cup fresh cream
    3/4 cup milk
    Seasoning:
    2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
    1 tsp red chili flakes
    1 tsp mixed herbs
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp chimichurri (optional)
    For Assembly:
    1 cup boiled chicken, shredded or diced
    1/4 cup chopped green onion
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Process:
    1. Cook Pasta:
    In a large pot, boil 4 cups of water with 2 tbsp oil.
    Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes until al dente.
    Strain the pasta and spray with a little oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
    2. Sauté Vegetables:
    Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.
    Add sliced mushrooms and bell peppers; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
    Add chopped tomatoes and cook briefly, then set the vegetables aside on a plate.
    3. Prepare White Sauce:
    In the same pan, add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
    Stir in 2 tbsp butter and let it melt.
    Add 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, mixing well to form a roux.
    Gradually add chicken broth or water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
    Add salt, fresh cream, and milk; stir well.
    4. Season the Sauce:
    Add red chili flakes, mixed herbs, chimichurri (if using), and oregano.
    Mix thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
    5. Combine Ingredients:
    Add boiled chicken to the sauce and mix.
    Stir in the cooked pasta and mix well to coat.
    Add the sautéed vegetables and toss gently.
    6. Final Touch:
    Sprinkle with chopped green onion and Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and let cook on low heat for 2 minutes to meld the flavors.
    7. Serve:
    Serve hot and enjoy the creamy, flavorful pasta!
