UPDATED Creamy Chicken Pasta Recipe!

- Hey guys! Today i made my creamy chicken pasta again! I have made this before but i thought it was about time i made it again since i’ve improved my recording/ editing skills now!
!! BTW im so sorry for the bad audio, I had a copyright issues with the music (even though I gave credit to the creator) and RUclips managed to somewhat remove the audio while keeping my voiceover in the video as I didn't want to delete it and re upload it. I will defiantly make this video again as it has been a while! Next time with ASMR in the back :) and how I would make the dish 2 years later.
(6-8 servings, it’s a big pot) Ingredients:
-700g Chicken Breast
Season with:
-1tsp Salt
-1tsp Black Pepper
-2tsp Paprika
-1tsp Chilli Flakes
-1/2tsp Turmeric
Cook the chicken for around 8/10 minutes on a medium/ low heat with some olive oil, in the same pan add in:
Pasta Sauce:
-5tbsp’s Olive Oil
-3 Bell Peppers
-2 Red Onions
-2 Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
-560ml Double Cream
-400g Penne Pasta
-Desired amount of cheese
For an extra kick to the sauce add in:
-1tsp Paprika
-1tsp Chilli Flakes
-1tsp Black Pepper

Really good and simple recipe! I like it more spicy so I added 2 teaspoons of chilli powder. I wonder if there is a healthier version of whipped cream though

In your old video you used Cajun Seasoning instead of Paprika for the chicken. Could I use that instead of paprika? If so, how many tsp?
Im guessing Paprika was a substitute for the Cajun seasoning so I think it would be the same measurement

Nice one, but if you cook the souce a bit longer with a more water for about 30 min. or one hour then add the aldentte pasta and cook all together, it could be much much delicious.

I made this for Denbenou and he was so overwhelmed by emotion that he burst into tears at the dinner table and then asked me why the pasta was so salty but I told him he was tasting his own tears. He never knew I was capable of such hidden talents.😀😇

This is how i make mine...but i add a teaspoon of oregano when i cook the chicken etc also i cook my cream a little longer...it will change more in colour.

That’s not a stupid question at all 😂 yes seasoning your vegetables definitely make a difference so if it were just with vegetables you can season them and the sauces too.

Made a substitute heavy cream with butter and whole milk and it came out too runny. But still very good.
You can get a similar creamy texture with cream cheese but you may have to add in some starchy pasta water to loosen up the sauce x
Can I switch up the peppers for something else?

No as double cream isn't inherently sweet. It's really commonly used in pasta dishes. As an alternative you can also use cream cheese x

I made it today and it turned out amazing 😍 I just added some extra stuff from my mind one cup of pasta water and the chicken was bbq with other spices but I cut it into cubes after and added it also I added broccoli and some other veggies and mozzarella cheese ❤
