I personally paid Farmer compensation two time which was not informed us before booking the flat. Not only this they are also charging huge amount of transfer changes. Club membership before they said free now they are charging 2pack rupees. Buyers should be aware about all pro and cons. The reason I am replying on your post because I got my flat booked through you. Tell me if I am wrong

Hi, the area seems quite isolated. Even heard pretty bad reviews about ATS Allure and Oasis Grand Stand, both of which are next to this proposed project. Seems no resale and very nominal rents right now in these projects. What's your take on this? Is 8k price justified?
sir see ! since 2014-2020 price was fixed no increment in last 7 yrs !! entire development you will see on yamuna is as per 2012-2013 plan so got older now ! now builder are coming up with 100% paid up land, different specifications, entire sector is emerging as a Hub so 5 yrs lockin that area will also be a part of Hub ! remember you are getting possession after airport getting operational this year only ! so expecting good development with better return as well

Are you saying that because of all the upcoming projects in 5-7 years, the occupancy will be better? Also, I heard ACE has registry issues or rather, delayed registries. Some of my known ones in ACE Parkway, Sector 150, Noida haven’t got their registries yet. So, does this put a dent in builder’s reputation?
