😎 Do you have any experiences with the Gin Evora paraglider, OR do you prefer any other intermediate B wing (which)?

Are they the "best performing" low Bs in the Market ?

@@pedromarcos1472 Im sure Carlo said it feels and responds more like a mid B 🤔 So yes more performant but also more to handle than the low Bs, it seems

Evora is offered with two distinct riser options. The smart riser features the B-C system along with a rear riser toggle.

Thank you for pointing this out. We tested the Evora S with standard risers and the Evora M with optional "smart risers" and a BC bridge system.

We tested the Evora size S with standard risers and size M with optional "smart risers" and BC bridge system. The BC bridge system with the optional extra "smart risers" is well-designed and improves handling. It is a nice addition but not essential for flying XC.

In my opinion, a good BC bridge system on a 3 liner wing may not necessarily make you fly further. It primarily enhances rear riser handling efficiency but adds complexity and may slightly compromise ground handling ease. For low-mid B wings, we recommend standard risers for simplicity unless you truly need a BC bridge system. Standard risers come with the wing, while smart risers are an extra cost. If unsure, opt for standard risers for easier handling. Changing risers requires extra cost and either changing yourself or service centre assistance.

Awesome review. I'd love to see a review on the hook 6

Noted. Nancy and I have tested the Hook 6 and Hook 6 P quite a bit and as always will publish a Flybubble review if we have time and everything comes together.

I'm trying to decide between this and an Explorer as a second wing. I've been flying forever, have a Camino and not a frequent flyer any more. I love the Camino but it makes me nervous in flight, not so enjoyable and I need something that feels like a safe and muted Camino so I can relax and have fun again! What would be your opinion? Will I feel bored under the Evora or will the Explorer not feel like a big enough gain?
Thanks so much for all your work Carlo.

get a blacklight 2, decent "enough" AR, perfect handling, biggest brake shift potential I ever experienced, you can turn on a dime, very reeassuring, very fun in thermals, low price. Not the highest B but no slouch either.

Hi Peter, I guess you might find the Evora a bit lacking. The Explorer could be a better option, but don't limit yourself to one brand. There are great high B wings available, with some mid B wings offering more agility and fun handling. The Evora is ideal for those seeking a calm and reassuring mid B wing.

Hallo, why you never test swing RS paragliders? Cheers

Surely they are only going to test the wings they sell...

@@glennyc01 Generally yes, we prioritize testing the gear we sell to best advise our customers on the right products. We only publish reviews for about 1/10th of the gear we test due to time constraints. As a micro paragliding business, we lack resources to review all gear but are expanding our range. We prioritize brands we believe offer the best products and service. These free reviews are a way for us to give back and help the free flight community with our limited resources.

@@glennyc01you have to be one or the other you either have to be selling and review your own products or you have to be reviewing and not selling anything they are correct and not reviewing products that they don't sell. It's a crazy world in business because when you speak of a competitor you open yourself up to many many misfortunes.
