Kimray's Back Pressure Regulator is a staple in oil and gas production. Numerous oilfield applications, including on separators, flow treaters, free water knockouts, compressor stations, and gas gathering systems use it.
Control pressure upstream of the valve by adjusting the set point to the desired max upstream pressure. Used on separators, flow treaters, compressor stations, and gas gathering systems.

On the upper housing section. The main diaphragm should go belly down or belly up?

Yes, “belly down” is correct. I needs to look like a bowl.

Does this work for any size about to rekit a 6in

Yes, this process will work for all of the sizes. The pilot portion will be the same, but the lower half will require different size tools.

Fill the lower housing with any kind of light gravity motor oil until the communication hole to the lower stem is fully submerged.
