These videos are really helpful, I tried watching pros but I know I'm not even close to them so I feel like I don't learn anything. Watching average players and learning from their play is way more useful to me.
Yes & if the pub COD community wasn't so toxic & full of hatred toward all of humanity, we might could learn from the actual player base we compete against but I gv up on that. They're content with only being able to dominate against the pub community bcz pros don't act that way. They welcome better competition bcz it makes them better

My point is there are players on our level that could share & teach us more if they could set aside their egos & chill on the toxicity a bit. This is so true I have to comment it twice lol Man... you are literally the only person that actually helps players get better with your videos. Everyone else just shows what attachments they use then shows off their gameplay. Even what Ace and Drift0r do can’t compare to what you do for the community. Thank you
What I learned:
1. It's not always good to have 3 cap since it messes the respawn points
2. Having 2 caps means you have solid ground to defend since there'll be no spawn flips
3. How can I tell my random team mates to just defend and don't ruin spawns? 😂
Update: Played earlier, had 3 matches. 2/3 I had 20+ kills and it's the first time I ever done it. Thinking about where enemies may spawn, the strat in domination. I fcking wrecked those 2 games. Thanks JGOD! Will keep supporting and watching your vids.
Just keep in mind. Not having a triple cap does no insure the spawns won’t flip. If someone is deep I. Yours it will still flip and vice versa
Learning the thin line that will keep YOU from effecting spawns Is key to. So that you can get up to that point and keep them in there thirty percent t of the map.

In reference to the beginning of the match, a good tactic would be called “cutting the pie”. My brother is in the army and that’s what the call it when advancing into a building either by window or entryway. There’s a lot of real life tactics you can utilize in game if you play carefully and aggressively. Like you said, knowing when to advance fast and when to slow down and pre aim corners. Never rush corners. There obviously so much information you can get by simple map awareness and watching both the compass and mini-map.
If someone is pre-aiming the corner, and you try "cutting the pie", you get shot.
notahotshot - not if done correctly. If it’s cut to close to the door/entry way. Your barrel could be exposed. You should cut it at a smart distance away from the entry. As to not give yourself away. At the same time video games are different then real life. So not all tactics will work 100% of the time.

9:37 I look at the compass, but only when I'm having a hard time finding action - it tells me which direction to find a gunfight in progress. Other than that, I don't find it very useful. I don't know whether its telling me an enemy is around the corner or across the map, and with so many campers in this game, it's very important to know that information.
Whether its around the corner or across the map is still good information. You should have prepared for that better. In this case with the spawn flip you can usually bet someone will be looking for long shots so going outside the window like J said may have been a poor option too. With the style of play you were going with I think the best thing to do would be to drop a betty and bounce downstairs. Or you could have stepped back into the other room and peeked out the hot dog sign window. Its not usually good to sit at windows that have long range sights because its easier to get picked off when there is more area to cover.
For real, I wish you were a commentator for the cdl. You break stuff down so well that anyone can understand and learn. My wife listened to be watch your video and actually learned a little bit to talk with our boys with. Even she remarked "this guy should be an announcer for those tournament videos you watch." As always thanks for the time and effort you put into the videos. Much appreciated
Really helpful breakdown for me... i'm typically that #1 or #2 guy on the team but 11-14 with 7 captures. I get frustrated with the rest of the team when they don't PTFO, so it's helpful to see where i might be doing more harm than good. Thanks!
I never thought about using vtols and such as a mini uav. I’m so focused on placing it quick to not die. Good tip!
I'm learning to be a better play by watching you. I've never been into shooters until this game came out. I'm by no means good, but I've gotten a lot better from what I used to play like and it's been translating to other games like Apex and warface.

I’ve completely gave up on KD in this game. Decided I wanted to “TRY” to go for Damascus or however it’s spelled. And try to have fun with this game since there’s so much bullshit to try to deal with. And I usually have around 5-10 captures a game just trying to keep home flag and B. Cuz every dom Lobby I get it no one try’s to defend B

Chopper gunner is the best streak In the game because you can move it to any angle you want.

This player needs to keep their camera centred on where they are gonna have a potential enemy Show up when transitioning between spots. Being able to look one way while moving another way is key here.

Tons of people have this problem. I have the issue myself. I am pretty sure it is because the sights on the guns cause a tunnel vision for players and it has a negative impact on their field of view or depth perceptions. I am not sure but I am nearsighted so it may factor in why it happens. I need to try to break free from using attached sights. I wish they had illuminated or highlighted iron sight attachments for all the guns.
Mr-Somes , we can all fall victim to this , there’s a lot to think about in any situation.
Instead of rushing at the start , try practicing approaching corners and scouting lanes.
Keeping your crosshairs where you think the enemy will be as you move forward.
Get a feel for it before enemies could be anywhere, your gameplay will look more fluent when mastered.
@@squiggly6320 I don't think you understood what I meant lol. I look down a lot because I try to get a view of the entire area without having to turn in ADS. When I am sighted in it causes tunnel vision and everything outside of the scope is a blur...even if it is a small reflex. So rather than center in I use a higher sensitivity for vertical than my horizontal to make the difference. It helps a tad but I still get dropped at times. The only real way to get around it is to use iron sights but than there is a loss of any type of zoom for long shot game. So yeah,the scopes and sights seemingly do get in the way...so I look down to get a better view of the area.

I almost always run specialist on most of the 6v6 maps. Extra perks are always helpful, and killstreaks sometimes aren't at all

Sometimes you can't avoid having a ton a captures. I played one game where I personally captured "B", 13 times. We also never had all 3 points. We won by one point.
Same. I think it happens more when your facing a team with similar skill levels who are also playing the objectives. Maybe one or two beast on each team and it is a battle for b the whole game. Exciting matches in my opinion
I once stayed around the A flag on the Cave map. At the end I had the most captures but mainly because I didn't kill them quick enough for it to be considered a defend and I earned quite a good amount of kills. Unfortunately my team tried going for the triple captured and when I got eliminated I ended up around C. Thankfully game didn't take long before the win so I didn't need to readjust to a new part of the map much but had it been mid game it would've been annoying
This series is awesome
I've made a couple of adjustments with my sensitivity and reading the compass more. I normally hate 10 v 10 as I more often than not end up bottom of the table whether the team win or lose. However my last few games I've been top 3 with one game getting double the kills of the next highest player and won the match. It was awesome. I'm a rusher usually but I felt I knew when to rush and when to not.

Free for all and deathmatch i have a great KD but low score per minute. Hardpoint and Domination I have a negative KD but a high score per minute cuz i play the objective and just enjoy each game mode the way they are meant to be played.
That photo of MACE I keep seeing just makes me want the operator more 😂😂 also I really love the compass and the mini map in this game. It's great and let's be honest the only problem why people camp so much. Is how loud our FOOTSTEPS are and the fact there is NO DEAD SILENCE PERK! It has nothing to do with red dots on the minimap. If someone shoots in this game with no suppressor I see the red dot I use the navigation and I can pretty much judge exactly what room they are hiding in. (In the regular 6v6 maps) I never play GW.

I am not a great COD player, my reaction time isn't great, but I enjoy the game. One thing I do know, and that annoys me that others don't, is that there is no need to three cap in Dom if you are winning. None.

I have a question you might be able to help me with.
When I am playing in the beginning of games I'm doing well. Getting kills streaking up. But then my game tends to go downhill due to me just loosing everyone. I feel I know how to read the mini map and compass but I still find myself always running round just trying to find people. I play a little of everything and try to play objectives etc. My KD is .87 but was .71 in slowly improving it. I go postive most games but the deaths at the end tend to bring me down from somehtibg like a 21- 2 or 3 but I'll get a heap of deaths during the last portion of the map? Am I being to predictable maybe? If so how would you improve on when to change up my routes or play style?
I like to rush but can change gears if needed. My aim could be better but I'm running a 4 4 .75 .
So it's not high at. I find im more accurate with the aim in and zoom set a bit lower so I can keep on shots and not overshoot when I'm turning on someone.

Jacob McCarty it’s weird, I’m the same. I reckon 8/10 matches (usually 6v6 or 10v10 domination, I rack up 10 kills in the first two-three minutes. After that it gets slower and slower and I die more and more until eventually I end up on a 1.00 KD for that game. Frustrating as fuck 😂

I wanna ask you about positioning on a map. The problem im having is not my aim or loosing gunfights, but it happens to me reeeally often that i run arround the whole map, try to check corners, take it slow and tactical. Not finding a singel person. (Yes, i realise when spawns flipp) But then, all the sutten a player kills me. This deaths feel kinda random to me. Almost unpredictical. But i just have the feeling that i position my selfe completly wrong. Thats why i get this reandom deaths.
Pleas make a video where you talk about positioning in specific situations in serten gamemodes. I would really appreciate it.

Its partially having to do with the same deal with this person. The compass will tell you the info you need. I have the same issue at times because I am so use to playing the older COD games (pre-BO3). Tactical perimeter play still does exist in this game but it is a bit faster and directed more around the power positions themselves. So basically you need to learn the power positions of each map and for each mode there are some lines of site you need to be aware of. The best thing to do is practice lines of sight with a friend in the zones that you seem to get these deaths.
If you play honestly you will have a low kd, if you camp you will have a high kd

I honestly believe aerial scorestreaks are great on 6v6 when doing SnD. Placing a Vtol at the right spot can help win you the game.
What people really need to know is connection plays a huge role in how hood you are in cod. If you can run wired connection always do that never run wifi and get fast internet it makes a hufe difference

The biggest trouble I’m having with this game is learning these maps you’re not typical call of duty maps they are huge they are way too big and I don’t like how they did the mini map by putting a Compass along with it that’s very hard to adjust to and learning these maps is almost impossible it seems like I’ve only had the game for two weeks

@andrew Lyn can’t hold the spawns if you triple cap. Flips the spawn they cap the opposite side and the game turns into a shit show.
Triple cap will randomize the spawns. Double caps will not only make you win the game but also keep the enemy spawning on their side of the map.

That many caps don’t necessarily mean you are going out of your way to flip spawns. I’ve had teams suck so bad every time I cap B we instantly lose it. I’ve ended up with like 10+ caps before & I never try to flip the spawns or triple cap. It’s just my teammates have 0 defends at the end of the game
It’s abhorrent how many people go for the wrong flags in this game. Enemies will have B the whole game and your team will just be running circles around the map capping home flag after home flag so you can never have a consistent spawn to get your team together and have any sort of map control. And then they wonder why the go 11-35 every game and still lose but they’re “playing the obj”. No man you’re shooting yourself in the foot

JGOD Have you done a video on getting the juggernaut? It’s the only killstreak I have yet to get since I started in season 1. Recently, (season 2), I’ve encountered two of them in one night, so have they made it easier to get?
Kill chain with cruise missile and get lucky with a vtol.
if you want to not die so often, dont run around outside when you dont have dead silence.

I hate it when my teams push for the triple cap in like the first minutes of a match it triggers me so much.
Man, i hate the riot shield, any tips for damascus, melee? Atleast there is shimpent and rust.
Actually nvm i already made it gold.
Knife is easy, just run around on core rust/shipment/shoothouse.
For the riot shield you're gonna wanna run hardcore shipment for those 1 hit melee kills. Running stun grenades help a lot.
I liked running E.O.D, hardline, battle hardened with specialist perks; ghost/double time/cold blooded.
The hardest camo by far is skulls for the shield. 3 Kills without dying for the shield just takes patience. Use those stuns and play passively on shipment, throw them stuns and hide in the containers.
That's what I did to get my Damascus, hope some of these tips will help a bit.

I feel like this guys biggest mistake was using the double time sprint too much he got caught 2/3 times mid sprint and shot down.
as for capping flags depends on how the game plays out....if I was on the other team I would have a lot of caps due to then holding down three and 2 flags the game...if my team has 2 flags then I want have a lot...but I've been in game's where I end up being flipped around the other side so I cap the flag if my team only has 1....So I normally end up wtih 7 to 10 caps sometimes....just depends on how the game is going....

messes up the spawns and will have people spawning all over the place, it should only be done if. You're down a lot of points or if you have an advance uav or you're playing in a 6 man.
It has to do with objective game performance see if u cap all 3 the spawn logic is ruined and objectively going into a situation that can get u killed or your teammates killed more often is unfavorable.

Not sure if J will see this question but how does one go about submitting a gameplay to review? I think id like to see a review when im having like 9-25 horrible game to see what the heck is going wrong. Its tough to break it down when your in the moment...
Cuz if im grabbing a juggernaut streak and owning Idk if thats a good thing to review, kind of wanna see the mistakes
PS: One of my worst traits, if you can call it that, is just getting absolutely wrekt from the back. Multiple times. Idk if its just me or the game but too often shot in the back.

I don't know if this will make sense to anybody but i like to play with the same midnset as playing fast chess, but instead of running to the middle of the map for a power position my goal is to intercept those doing the former and try to control the flow of of the match first( and hope to god none of my teamates screw this up by going to far into their spawn )

I loved this game with friends, but I’m just so sick of it at this point I’m just over it. The ttk, the flinch on snipers(which the perk doesn’t even help)the sbmm, an of course the bad spawns & so much more!!! My KD been 1.04 for so long & all i play against its sweats or campers its just gd annoying & the radar an map is garbage/useless
