  • Stop Aging Now with This Supplement #short
Dr. Janine shares how to stop aging now with this supplement. She talks about how she takes glycine in many of her supplements, like magnesium. She explains how glycine helps with the AGEs - Advance Glycation End products. Lastly, Dr. Janine recommends looking for bisglycinate when purchasing supplements, magnesium is a good example.

But dont take it alone you need to add benfotamine,,well I used to have big inflammations, so I do take both of them and do it in the morning or early in your day ,they will give you energy, flush out toxin and glucose they do have mainly B1 which great for detox hence the clear skin ,and energy. HOWEVER I also been taking glycine with magnesium with my chamomile/lavender tea together, sleep is GUARANTEED, I did not know about the glow .I would agree can keep down the adrenal for a better with you ,flushed,GLOWING, and youthful, hence growth hormone at night in deep good sleep.

It does help with sleep and recovery but I do feel the withdrawals when I don't take it, I heard that's a side effect but I been taking glycinate more recently because I heard it supposedly absorbs better and is more useful but my body preferred citrate because of how I slept like a baby when I took it.. I didn't know it helped with aging slower, I don't take advanced skin care but just eating better and doing cardio more and fasting have been the best formula for me..

Check out Vitatree Magnesium available at us.vitatree.com. It is a magnesium bisgycinate so is more easily absorbed by the body and does not have any of the side effects other magnesium supplements might have. It is also free from fillers or flow agents like magnesium stearate. Hope this helps, Team Dr. Janine. 😊
