I ❤❤❤ all the savings videos from low to high income. The small challenge videos let me know " we can save on a small amount " . The higher income video says " your savings can look like this with hard work and dedication.. but it may take longer.
Evening Amanda At this time I don't partake in the savings challenges because every penny I have automatically gets rolled every paycheck into my credit card debt I am down to 1 credit card that is about $15000. Once it's paid off I will so be joining in on that though cause that'll help bump up my emergency fund from 2 months to 1 year and my one month of bills and everything up to 6 months.
I love savings challenge videos, I think I watch all of yours lol 😅, but sometimes they can be overwhelming (other channels NOT yours!). They stuff sooooo much and it can get me down. Like another person said some months I am lucky if I can stuff $20 or $30 after bills. So frustrating. Your channel reminds me that's okay in REAL LIFE. When I can add change or $1 bills to my jar I try to feel accomplished, but it is harder some days. Some days I want to throw my hands in the air and just blow it all on something fun for once. I don't, but the urge is there...I just get sick of always being responsible.
I think sometimes I get discouraged watching savings challanges because so many people have hundreds of dollars that they are always stuffing in each video... where does it all come from???
Same. It's so disheartening for me when I might only have twenty dollars for the entire month and people are putting twenty dollars per challenge 😅 I saw someone once say to watch budgeters with similar incomes to yours but that can be hard for me to find
I feel disheartened when I watch those videos too which is why I try to bring light to it. I do wonder what they do for a living or where it comes from seems *cough* fake especially sense we don’t see them stuff bills only wallets
@AmandasBudgets the worst part is when they say they're low income and it's not true. Seems to me that someone contributes to their budget and they don't come clean about it. They say they have the money in the bank and have place holders instead. That's hard to prove.
@AmandasBudgets I do watch all of your savings challanges because I like the chit chat and the realness. It's not just oh, let's spend 45 minutes watching me stuff 900 dollars into savings challanges. I feel like I sorta get to know you while other channels just stuff money.
I like watching savings challenges. I only budget $15 a check for mines and then if I have a bit extra I’ll add that. But generally I have a low dollar amount for my challenges. I find fun in the game and not focus on the amount. As Amanda says, we can only do what we can with what we’ve got!😊
I love savings challenge videos, budgeting, cash condensing, the whole deal! You know it’s been hit or miss due to my situation with my son! This weekend I do my debt binder and group play💜
I’ve gotten so I like starting with the first challenge and rolling to see the amount for each one instead of rolling to see what envelope it goes in. I like rolling to see how much each envelope gets. That way nobody gets left out.
I don't really like savings challenges. Saving money to me intentional. I'm here for the budgeting and how people get out of debt or work with a lower income.
Savings challenges is how you can get out of debt. Actually, it's a fun way. Once you finish the challenge/ challenges, you can add to your debt to pay some off.
@@melissachatman3990 When I did have debt, I sent the money right in as a principal on the car loan. I didn't count it over and over again. When I save for my next car I'll save it at the bank in a HYSA. When I was a teenager the CD interest rates were 13%. I miss those days so I'm trying to get every bit of interest I can!
I think I don't really watch savings challenges videos because I'm more interested in how people are allocating their money in their budgets (and debt journeys) rather than how they save? But also many budgeting channels are stuffing more money into savings challenges than I make in a paycheck and that's off-putting to me. I'm more concerned with paying off my debts rather than allocating money to multiple savings challenges. But maybe one day!
Hey Amanda! Glad you get to continue your minis! ❤ I like watching saving challenge videos, but I think it may be the monotony in the general budgeting community (ie mini Mondays, tiny Tuesdays, etc). 🤔 It could also be some sense of FOMO & feeling a need to do challenges too (which may not be financially feasible).
@@LifeUnflintered Yeah, I was working on 3 small challenges, mostly completed 1, then got the bright idea to work on the other ones to see what numbers I was working with. Curse my impatience!🤣 I’ll chip away at it with each paycheck.
Love Deena's channel and games ❤. I like watching the challenges when they are realistic and honest about it. But if your but 3k every week seems far fetched to me dose that make sence to everyone?
I don't like to watch them if they last too long. I ain't got time/interest if they last more than 25-30 minutes. Some are about an hour long, no thank you!!
I love watching these cause they help me know that I can .
Glad to see you incorporated "Spicy Notes" into your challenges. So much fun that way,and to boost your savings as well. 😊😊😊❤❤😊😊😊
Hello... I love the game..... You do know that there was 2 times that 2 was done and you added to the third one. Keep saving no matter what.
lol lol I saw that too ! I was like wait ! That’s the 3 😂 love it

Unintentional ASMR!! The marker sounds & paper ruffling. You should look into that genre…. It’s crazy popular and you’ve got a hit in the making
Maybe I should lol 😂

Just got off job 2, so I'll finish watching tomorrow morning. Almost 8 minutes in. I owe $53 to my savings challenges 😅

Exactly, that's why I started watching Amanda because she don't start her challenges with thousands of dollars😂. It's easy learning from Amanda.❤
I don't like to watch them if they last too long. I ain't got time/interest if they last more than 25-30 minutes. Some are about an hour long, no thank you!!
That's a cute 3 ring binder where you get that at
Dollar free 1.25 😊
❤ good morning how are you doing today ❤
I feel everyone is doing saving challenge videos. I dont like them. I prefer regular stuffing videos and budget with mes vids.
Did you get a mailbox? I have several scratch offs I’d like to share with you (duplicates). Most of them are from $50 and $100.
