Gramin dak sevak is the main pillar of postoffice but govt is not providing them proper facilities and remunerations thats why I don't think that postoffice will grow rapidly
Sabse pahle to unko exam le ke recruit karna chahiye
Govt won't bother anything about rule 3A GDS even after all these years... Just for vote and all new bill without including anything for much needed 3lakh staffs..

GDS ka actual duty hr 4 ghanta hai par din bhar kam karate hain,ye kaisa nyay hai.

90% post office yani sab rural post office gds khud provide karte hai..govt ajtak ek post de nahi paya rural logo k liye....aur gds 4 ghanta me 10000 salary pata hai ...Esme ghanta change hoga post office ka halat
