Narrated Aisha:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death).
حَدَّثَنَا مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهْىَ بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ، وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهْىَ بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ. قَالَ هِشَامٌ وَأُنْبِئْتُ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ تِسْعَ سِنِينَ.
Sunan an-Nasa'i 3378
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
"The Messenger of Allah married me when I was six, and consummated the marriage with me when I was nine, and I used to play with dolls."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَنَا بِنْتُ سِتٍّ وَدَخَلَ عَلَىَّ وَأَنَا بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ وَكُنْتُ أَلْعَبُ بِالْبَنَاتِ .

How can a man marry his friends daughter, she is like his own daughter.
Prophet Muhammad was born in 570 ad, married Ayesha in 620 ad, death 632 ad,
Ayesha was born 613 ad, marriage at the age of 7 years 620 ad, sex at the age of 9, death 678 ad

But I have an important question - If an adult woman attempted to digital rape of a child (Girl / Boy), will the same punishment would be also acceptable for her or not?
It should b same ....
technically it won't, as it says a lot about forceful penetration. In above case, if a women forcefully 'penetrates' an object. there is no mention of things women do. am sure there are other laws for it, at least i hope there are.

Dear madam, digit means finger/ toes (each of those 20) only, nothing else. This is a medical/ anatomical term. Specifically it means the divisions in one finger/toe made by seperate bones i. e. What we, Indians are using since childhood to do simple addition or subtraction. (We imagine then to be 20 for each hand)
There is no connection of inanimate object with 'digital' here.
For reference, digital examination means examining a patient's body/ organ with help of fingers only (no instruments).
Please go through any anatomy book and you will be clear about this.
