I live in indonesia and omelette-noodles is a thing sold in front of my school i used to go to and just generally sold everywhere around Indonesia. this brings back nostalgia
I know this isnt related to the tasty cooking im experiencing on my screen but “I failed and achieved my first goal. So it all worked out somehow” actually sounds like it can be used as some good advice. Great food AND life lessons? You truly are a jack of all trades!
I like hearing the thought process. It makes me feel less alone about my meals not turning out quite right. Except yours is much more beautiful than mine would ever be.
Well, always remember that things people post online are perfectly crafted and don't always reflect a direct example of reality is on a day to day. So things won't look how you think they do from online and maybe that can help you not feel so bad at your attempts.
I do not care about ramen at all but your voice is so soothing so I subbed lol I've been here for like a year or more just listening to you and not caring what you're saying 😂
In Indonesia it is called "Darmi" (fried noodle omelette) and in Sundanese it is called "midog" (fried egg noodles) It is very popular to eat with rice or for breakfast in elementary school.😊😊
You can throw a lid on top to help melt the cheese. Looks good. You've given me an idea, i recently found some of those ramen cups with the rice cakes and wasn't sure what i was going to do. Thank you
Hello! I have a tebboki tip for you if your microwave isn't working then ypu can put the tebboki in the bowl it comes in then just make some hot water and pour it in the bowl then cover it then dont put it in microwave bcuz it can easily boil itself and just as good as microwaving! ❤ it works! I had tried it with the buldak tebboki bcuz my mucrowave wasn't working
I guess i know what I'm trying this week 👀 I've been really into adding a tablespoon of peanut butter in the samyang buldak or shin ramen with some yu choy and edamame!
RUclips has been showing me a ton of your raman videos this week. As a result I was absolutely craving raman for my snack today. Thankfully I had the Nongsim tonkotsu raman feom Costco.
Hum. As a exchef we usually always folded the omelet on the plate as it slides out of the pan. Its so much easier and anout 9.5 out of 10 times works perfectly. Unless im teaching the kids then of course it flips over wrong
You have to use conviction if you’re going to flip an omelette, love. It took me a few tries to figure out just the right amount of movement it takes to flip a full omelette. 😉
You can use the lid of the pan to flip an omelette or frittata :) Slide the omelette from the pan to the inside of its lid, then put the pan upside down on top of the lid, keep everything together and flip everything upside down. The omelette will fall back into the pan turned on the other side.
Here's my recipe for basically the same omelette but using indomie (any flavor is okay, but if you're using indomie goreng I'd recommend to not put the soysauce and the hotsauce in the scrambled egg): - Boil the noodle in the water until soften - Crack 2-3 eggs - Salt, pepper, and put the seasoning packet in the egg, then scramble it - (Optional) Put extra ingredients like veggies or corned beef, spam, sausage etc. - Take the noodle out from boiling pot using colander, make sure it's not dripping more water - Put the noodle inside the scrambled eggs - Fry it in the pan just like in the video until golden brown, make sure to spread it as thin as possible for extra crispy

I flip omelette all the time at work and you just got a full send. You can’t be scared to flip your omelette. You have to just do it.
That ravioli on the stove is adorable.
Good attempt! If u ever try to do it again, try to mix it all while cooking. In this way the eggs should come out like crubbles but still cooked ;D
RUclips has been showing me a ton of your raman videos this week. As a result I was absolutely craving raman for my snack today. Thankfully I had the Nongsim tonkotsu raman feom Costco.

task failed successfully
