@AlexYT A club with Man City's recent record will inevitably attract plastic fans/glory hunters. Genuine Liverpool, Arsenal fans etc do show respect for other clubs. True Man City fans if they're old enough will have supported the club through some pretty lean times. Not too long ago Man City were in the old third division just like Norwich were.
I’m a life long Norwich fan from Norwich , I now live in Stockport greater Manchester.
I watched this in the local pub surrounded by Man City living my absolute best life.

Amazing to watch, live, in New Zealand. Began following Norwich about 1980; now in my 80s and first year here all Prem.L. games available, live and ‘on demand’. Never been to England, though feel like a “Canary-Kiwi” !

there is a lot more Norwich Fans in London than ppl think, even us native Londoners like myself. Im in pieces after lastnights game, my own fb page has blown up from my mates who support other footie teams! we had no right winning with the team Man City had out, and our 11 injuries! the heart that was shown and the togetherness of the players and supporters, I would have loved to have been at Carrow Rd, its must have been some atmostphere! OTBC!!!

This game was a highlight of the season, for me. Sure, I watched as a Liverpool supporter hoping City would lose points, but Norwich were truly amazing, you truly deserved to win and it's made all the more special because you guys never even imagined you might win. For non-Norwich fans who don’t know the extent of our injury problems:
Defence: 1 fit CB in Godfrey. Injured Aarons (RB) was replaced by Byram, who started his PL game for us. Amadou, who we bought as a midfielder, had to fill in at CB for his first PL start.
Midfield: Only three fit. Amadou (filling in at CB), Tettey (first start this season) and McLean (first start since 1st game of the season).
Attack: Hernandez out (one of our best attacking threats last season) and Roberts ineligible.
Two keepers were also on the bench, because we didn’t have enough outfield players to put on it.
