- Hey guys! I am trying shein plus size clothing and comparing the Shein model to my plus size body type. Shein clothing runs small and I want to see what pieces work for my body type. Sometimes as plus size women its hard to figure out what will look good on us when a brand uses a smaller model. I wanted to share some of Shein plus size summer clothes and see what fit me like the model and what didn't.

I loved everything on you, but the black /white striped and the leopard dress was so cute and classy.
Great video. I feel like the white dress needs a bright pink belt, or a black leather jacket, or a jean jacket. Sometimes to add a bit of something to give it an edge. It is a keeper because it fits so well and looks great on you. It's just a styling issue, even chunky jewelry and you would love it. My favorite is the mustard/burnt orange paper waist pants super cute.
I am a new (yesterday!) subscriber. I love that you do this. I never know what to buy, so I usually hate shopping. I need some clothes. You 'bout to make me spen' alla my money!!! I honestly thought you could Rock any of those dresses but I know how it is when you like certain Cuts or styles on your own body. thank you so much for showing us what the dresses look like on the average woman and not the models they have trying to sell it .I don't know why they don't have more plus size models that are busty and have bellies so we can see how the dresses look for real for real.

I discovered shein last year and have been satisfied with most of my purchases, and the few I wasn't, I was ok with losing the money because it's so inexpensive, definitely check out the swimwear, I used to buy my swimsuits from torrid, never again, I'm not paying $80 for a swimsuit when shein has better styles and varieties for $20

Ok so I was watching this on my tv RUclips app where you can’t comment so I switched over to my phone to say girl ! That grey knot shirt dress looks bomb AF. Some converse, some white tennis shoes, hoop earrings, I’m in love. Also the white dress is giving me cute Beach vibes, wear it with one of those big beach hats (idk what you call them). So cute.
Best Shein haul video I’ve seen so far. You did amazing picking styles and sizes! I think everything was gorgeous on you. That floral one with the wrap dress with the wrap top would be totally fine with a pretty bra that is begging for a peek-a boo or is there a size up maybe? Because it was lovely on you. That beaded number with the lace bottom was cute and would probably be awesome on you in a size up. The grey dress was gorgeous as well and is actually a winner on you!! A little shapewear would easily address the issue you felt you had with the tummy area on that one or any other one. Everything else was a hit right off the jump!

I think you rocked that gray dress. It looked better on you than on the model. The pants were a winner, no question. The white dress was a cutsie thing from my perspective. Nice, but I personally don't do cutsie. That last striped dress was nice, but take a look at your video and check the front button alignment. It has potential, but isn't quite there. Finding your channel has made my day! You have the right curves, now I need to find someone who has the right curves and the right height, 5' 1". Height makes a difference too. HY from Spain, sorry for my english. Congratulations for your video. It's a great idea to compare how the clothes look in a plus size model and a woman who doesn't have that job. Certainly the web model uses a size larger than the "normative", and I prefer to see that model than another one who has prostheses to enlarge the body.

Hi Alissa, thank you for sharing your haul from Shein. It make more sense as to why clothing on some models fit different than when you actually buy and try it on. I will differently look at sizing more carefully. By the way all the outfits looked great on you and some l believe would have looked better if you sized up.

Them pans can look good if you can take them up I'm 5ft 2 and 79kg and wide pants look great on me better then normal I learnt how to take up with a sewing machine give it a go or get some else to you'll be surprised hun
Yeah. 5' ppl can't wear anything like that. I can ONLY wear American Eagle because they have the option to order XX Short - IF I shop online!
on the flip side, at least you have the option to hem things. i'm 5'10 and it's very difficult to find pants that both fit my thighs/hips properly and are long enough.

the summer white dress is cute and would also be a great bathing suit cover up... the gray low knot dress in the pics looks like that knot is more off to the side instead of centered...the black with the pearls looks cheap in person looks more like a polka dot in the pic verses cheaper fabric... but they were nice over all

NightlyRowen Tree I’d noticed that. They’re bigger than the size 0 models in standard fashion, but , you rarely see size 20+. They’re more like 12-14.
The models are ALWAYS wearing a "1xl". Plus sized girls aren't all 1xl :/
