T6, U2, Q5 is a color variant from the same LED. T6 is the most blue one over 6500K and giving highest output since it has least amount of phosphor. Phosphor layers broadens the spectrum raising the color rendering index CRI as well influence the color output. Phosphor-based LEDs have efficiency losses due to the phosphor itself. You can't tell by looking which LED is T6 or U2, neither that is explained in this video.

Surely it requires a heatsink and a thermal grease. If a turned on flashlight will be inside a bag with some clothes, than you can have some fire. On the open air (even inside buildings) there is no fire hazard.
