Paul fulfilled this in writing Romans 1 16kjv. Luke wrote this in Acts. Galatians 1 9kjv teaches if any man preach unto you any other Gospel unto you than that you have received let him be accursed. Meaning if any man preach another Gospel other than 1 Corinthians 15 1-4kjv. 2 Peter 3 14-16kjv teaches that Peter approved of Paul's teachings. "the law is abolished" is a complete lie. Matthew 5:17-18 "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; *I have not come to abolish them* but to fulfill them." The law is still binding to gentiles, Paul was refuting heretical Rabbinic/Pharasaical tradition which claimed that salvation was through the law only. Romans 7:9 "What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, *I had not known sin, but by the law* " We are justified through faith alone, and sanctified by following the Law of Moses.
