Many wouldn't want to live on a busy, noisy road but obviously it doesn't bother some people; however with all the accidents through the years it would be horrific remaining there, and difficult if they decide to sell.

Invest in alkaseltser for the winged rats..to find owners of wasteland invasion plants, most properties have to have taxes paid on them yearly
