** WARNING ** I make some MAJOR goofs in the rules.
1st, I fail to mention that whoever is HIGHEST on each End Game Scoring track scores the 18 points, 2nd highest scores 12, and 3rd highest (must be greater than zero) scores 6. If tied, the tied players add 1st and 2nd place points together, and they split those evenly.
29:39 is incorrect, when you cross into the top level of any research track, you do NOT automatically pick up the 'Advanced Tech' tile. You must take an action that allows you to take a tech tile, and IF your marker is adjacent to the advanced tech tile, you make take it instead of a regular tech tile, but this ALSO requires a federation token to be flipped.
Regarding the passive cycling of power, you CAN cycle fewer power tokens than the max you've "earned" IF it's not possible to cycle more. You just can't OPTIONALLY say cycle 1 power for free if an opponents build allows you to cycle more than that at the cost of VP.
36:06 is wrong, you CAN have the same federation token you already have taken

There was a good at about 30 minutes. You don't get the advance tech tiles when you move up to the 5th spot of the tech track. You must take an action that allows you to take a tech tiles. Both moving up to the 5th spot and taking the advance tech tiles takes flipping a federation token separately. Also when you take an advance tech tiles you may move up on any track. Otherwise great job. This game is not easy to teach.

I’m 13 and love board games. I’ve played stuff like firefly, Star Wars armada, D&d, mtg, etc. I just bought this game and already love it! It’s just so expansive (thankfully there is a 1 player option). This really helped me with the rules, thank you so much!

While I enjoyed the content, there was one repeated thing that I found disturbing: you continually used masculine pronouns when going to third person, excluding over half the human race. Please consider inviting the other half to gaming by including them or using gender-neutral “they/them” in 3rd person. You did great most of the time when directly speaking to the viewer I.e., “you/your.” It was just that pesky 3rd person usage… ;-)

a lot of mistakes
41:35 is wrong , if you have only e.g. 1 power token in bowl II, and you have an oportunity to leech more than 1 power, than you gain only 1 power not losing victory points
36:06 is wrong, you can have the same federation token you already have taken
26:49 is wrong , you can gain also advance tech tile if you meet certain requirements
29:39 is completly wrong, it doesnt work that way

Thanks for being so thorough and finding my mistakes. I address the goofs about advanced tech tiles in the video description. Sorry it’s not more clear. You’re right about the other goofs as well. I’m not sure where I got it in my head that you could not have multiples of the same Federation token. And the “all or nothing” cycling of power was a slip of the tongue. I was trying to emphasize that you could not OPTIONALLY only gain 1 power cycle for free IF you had the opportunity to cycle more than 1 and lose victory points. Sorry about that. I’ll add those addendums to the description.

Thanks! My videos are completely unscripted and off the top of my head. I do that intentionally to create a casual feeling, just like we're at the table in real life and I'm teaching you. That style inevitably leads to mistakes. I appreciate viewers that help find those mistakes. I used to correct mistakes by adding annotations that showed up in the videos themselves, but RUclips took away that feature a couple years ago, so now I have to resort to putting goofs in the video description.
