The standard for movies back in the day was high... this movie was considered awesome by younger crowds and terrible by older crowds... nowadays, with how terrible or short action scenes have become, it makes movies like this one look like masterpieces.
I was watching this movie yesterday I love the action scenes, exxagerated and fun to watch, I feel like that was what I was missing in heroes movies, fights fun to watch
Ben Affleck as Daredevil is much better than his acted as Batman. The fight scenes in Daredevil is look realistic. I love the bar fight and final church fight scene. I always love this movie but you must watch Daredevil director's cut is much better than theatrical version.
Definitely the best sceen in the entire movie 🎥 A very well done adaptation of Daredevil in combat perfect. The Kingpin actor Michael Duncan was perfect too. Ben Affleck as Daredevil was good not great. Bullseye 🎯 was done completely wrong too in my opinion. Should of stayed true to the original comic book look of Bullseye.
No, bullseye was pretty faithful to the comics in all but appearance. Bullseye isn't some stoic, emotionally troubled hitman like in the Netflix show. Bullseye is a stark raving lunatic taking pure delight in every horrific thing he does.
"DAREDEVIL had the drop on these guys from the get. He could 'H E A R ' them raise their guns . . . and had already contemplated His next move . . . 🙈👀 before they fired."
LOL no, the Netflix show was horrible. Not entirely Charlie Cox's fault though, but the show was really garbage on all fronts, apart from the costumes.
I hated this Daredevil movie when it first came out, but now in 2024 I think it is 100 times better than the computer-generated characters in the new modern DC and MARVEL major studio (i.e. mainstream) movies. Peace to All!
They're definitely should be a crossover with Spider-Man and Daredevil so that's why I have a vision of becoming the next future screenwriter for the next future Motion Pictures
Daredevil 2003 Ben Affleck First Marvel Movie Of Him Being Blind Attorney Murdock/ Daredevil He Kick Everyone's Butts In, The Bar It Was Awesome 🦯🕶️⚖️🤜👊
I don't understand one thing. As per this video the DD can see via a moving fan or rain drops. So couldn't he have arranged for two small fans run by battery in front of his eyes so that he could see better?
It would have just been weird or difficult to pull off for Daredevil. Most bad guys in-universe have absolutely no idea that Daredevil is blind, and someone having two moving fans in front of two "perfectly good" eyes would have ruined that illusion. Daredevil's senses are very hard to translate onto the screen, and while a constant source of steady sound waves helps to detect static objects - like a sonar, the increased chaos can block perception of other dangers. You'll notice that in the chaos of all the automatic gunfire, Daredevil chose to take cover and stay still until they had to reload, as the noise was preventing him from having a clear concept of the place. Daredevil's heightened senses are one of his biggest weaknesses too - like a double-edged sword, any sufficiently overstimulating environment taxes his concentration and his ability to have a clear picture of his surroundings. This can be directly painful to him, such as sounds of certain frequencies or qualities, or indirectly, such as when his senses are confused to the point that his hightened reflexes can't adjust - to the latter, you will also notice that Daredevil is not so sensitive as to always block or avoid incoming blows - he does soak the occasional hard punch. While some kind of infrasound emitter might have been cool or useful for the hero, it also has to be said that Daredevil is not a "gadgets galore" kind of superhero - he has some basic brilliance in the comics designing his billy club, which he outfitted with a grapnel reel and a shotgun microphone, and later he also sewed a dismantled transistor radio into the cowl so that he could listen in on the police broadcasts - but that was usually as far as it went. Daredevil relied more on his swashbuckling skills and his fists compared to other superheroes like Spider-Man who were more technically apt.
Bullseye doesn't have supernatural powers. He just has abilities that near that level. Preternatural I think? But Farrell does a good job portraying Bullseye. Unhinged. Kills without thinking twice. The Bullseye on his head was so stupid
I've always loved this bar fight. No matter how bad anyone says the movie is. It brings back childhood memories lol
