Hey can I use this same method to fix my iPhone XS Microphone? My microphone looks different from yours and I haven't found nor seen any videos of people replacing it.
Hi sorry I’ve never actually opened up a XS to see how they compare. I wishi could help. I’ve just never had one and my channel had been taking a different direction from phone repairs since doing this model.
I think it’s quite similar but I think it’s maybe a little different I haven’t actually done one to know for sure. They usually change it up a little bit every model.
When i call from my iPhone x the mic is working good, but when I recorded audio message in Whatsapp then no sound in recording, please tell me witch mic I replaced.?
@@SmartEasyDIYer I have this same problem. Third party apps don't work on my mic, but also facetime Audio works but facetime video does not work on my phone. If I put my phone on speaker it also does not work.

So it’s only in WhatsApp not when you’re recording in any other app or just recording a video on your phone, or FaceTime? Etc

The mic near the back Kamera is for WhatsApp voice records and the other for videos
