That achievement is as thrilling as it is terrifying! I'm glad it didn't go poorly. 1214F seems like a great match for Lark, but I feel like her sister wants to be mates which is a little sad. With the new update you can kind of track her sisters life though which is pretty cool.
That was a pretty lucky Ding Dong Ditch run! 1st attempt on a fresh run got shot before howling - lived but well. No damage is key. 2nd got shot *just* before crossing the line. 3rd got shot just as my howl finished. 4th my trial mate got 1 shoted by the hunter but i made it clean. So... can tell you that as long as YOU don't take damage it counts as i got it that run. I think Lark and his new friend are a good pair ^^ looking forward to their pups. Though also half hoping Lark shows me the ever eluisive trap collectable I'm still missing....😅

I actually really love that design choice, because it's both really haunting (and captures the instinctive fear of the unknown many animals have), but it also eliminates the whole "animals fighting humans" trope that a lot of games end up with, which doesn't necessarily lend itself to a good conservation perspective. But it is very chilling!
