I don't even understand how this restaurant is still in business! They have the absolute worst food I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. Y'all enjoy sub-par food AND discriminatory practices??
Being a parent of a child with autism, this can not be tolerated by any business in the state of Maryland. People of Southern Maryland will stand together to make this right.
They wouldn’t have fired three employees including the General manager if it was just a staffing issue. That statement makes no sense. They took action against the employees but won’t acknowledge accountability and apologize to the group
It's definitely not the way my store works in Pa. I'm beyond upset over this, especially being a mother of an autistic son and a sister of a disabled brother
I'm confused. If it was an organized field trip, wouldn't they have had reservations? Or doesn't Cracker Barrel take them? Because, typically, any group of 18 would need reservations at most restaurants, wouldn't they? And if they had reservations, how could Cracker Barrel refuse to seat them? I'm assuming that if reservations were made, those making them also might have mentioned that the group would be mostly children with special needs as well, not because such children should not be served but because the restaurant might then seek to make them more comfortable by perhaps reserving seating for them in a quieter section of the restaurant, as some autistic students, for instance, can find situations that are overly busy disturbing.
I stopped eating at Cracker Barrel when the company made a black family sit outside instead of sitting them inside of the restaurant meanwhile the white families were seated immediately
Wtf what store was this?! Because my store is completely mixed. White, black Spanish u name it! And we don't discriminate. Our main customers honestly are black
I wonder how many of those reres are actually diagnosed by a doctor. I guarantee they went in, started acting a fool, and got kicked out. Why not show the video from the store? Why make a video with nothing but conjecture?
CRACKER barrel and discrimination...I'm shocked.
I use to work for Cracker Barrel and they do have issues that need addressing. Pleasing people is just a big front for what they are really about.

They need to get fired
@@LeydiGrizelda they did get fired

What a disgrace. Close this place up. I will never visit a CB again anywhere. They are backpedaling no doubt.

Why would they hire people like this?
Obviously if a whole staff was rude and nasty this can't be a isolated incident.

I’ll never eat there again my life.
Well I mean from the story they fired the people who done it so what is the need for a protest I don't understand

@myperceptionwhatsyours.691 so the dining room was closed. And that's discrimination?
Are you kidding??
@@Vicki_Benji fun fact: the dining room was closed due to lack of staff. This is a NOTHING story. Grow up.
@@MrWorstNews Grow up? That's all you've got? I'm not surprised.
