A Peacock Miraculous holder, either young or adult, can only create and sustain one Amok at a time. If they want to make a new one to create a new sentimonster, they have to discharge the previous Amok and its creature with it. And now as a superhero, Argos can't afford to stick with one single sentimonster if he wants to be effective and a help for his team... Unless he makes one with a power which can be used in any possible conflict and situation. (Altough such omnipotent sentimonster would truly kill the dramaturgy of the story)

I'd say Ladybug can create things freely even outside of combat. Things like magical charms that can improve humanity. Bunnix is another case since Bunny Noir said he isn't really tied to time, so it can be said that rabbit power can give a full set of power even though the user isn't an adult. Viperion can see futures, like his concept intuition is. It's not like how Bunnix can only see one timeline and the changes in that one timeline but rather he can see possible futures other than the current timeline. Yes it would clash and can oppose each other but whatever. Rena can send illusion straight to the individual target, changing their perception, like a kind of mind control. Argos can instead of specifically make sentimonsters, he can make multiple creatures that can fight alongside other heroes. Additionally, Carapace can enhance the defence of other heroes' suits, Vespiria can control people like Miracle Queen, Chat Noir can be like Chat Blanc but more control and minimise the destruction to just injuries and such. Polymouse can multiply without shrinking (her current power is more like division than multiplication), Minatourox can make others invulnerable too (like Chloe did to the shield instead of just herself and the robots), Tigress can increase her own physical abilities to make things like superstrength or superspeed. Pegasus can create a subspace (like Bunnix's burrow), a place to "migrate" to. King Monkey can mimic other's power (miming is a derision too, I guess) Ryuko can use multiple elements at once and combine them (basically avatar) Caprikid, I don't think his power is just simply make objects, but rather make a scenario come to life. So he can change the surroundings to his will. Rooster Bolt, he's already OP, I don't feel like making him more OP. Miss Hound power should be about tracking. In season 2 finale Ladybug said they can find Hawkmoth with his cane. I think she was thinking to use dog miraculous to find him. So the link objects can be tracked and the user can know it's location. Yes and no. You just mixed up Viperion's powers. All he does is change the river of time to keep the river of time in an okay balance. Time runs forward for Viperion so he is the only one that remembers it.

The time out limitation has to have been lengthening for LB and CN as time went on until they over came it in the fifth season.
