En la charla que dio en valparaiso fue mucho mas enfatico en las fallas del modelo chileno aca fue mas bien bastante diplomatico. estaba muy conciente donde estaba.
Interesante en cuanto a los caminos propios de las naciones. Hizo un asomo a los fundamentos del neoliberalismo y aunque no lo puso directamente en el banquillo, si dio suficientes elementos de que no existe un mercado perfecto. Sugiero una conferencia similar sobre ética del neoliberalismo.
El neoliberalismo es el amiguismo entre el Estado y las grandes empresas. El liberalismo es el respeto de la soberanía individual. El neoliberalismo como "nuevo liberalismo" no existe.
Certainly, there are many pathways to development, and one of them is the mix between state intervention and market policies. In the case of South Corea, this has been the path. But in the case of Mexico, we are living complex processes of market economy subordinated to the United States Economy. In this sense, in the last 36 years, we start to open our economy since the trade treatment of NAFTA. Ii was very successful but we must have to develop our value chains to upgrade our share in the content of export if we want to increase the jobs and income in the future. As Mr. Chang said Mexico has registered a very positive economic growth since then and we could grow higher rates if we design the right public policies jointly with the private sector. None economy in the world has been growing without state intervention, and Mexico has to do it again as we did in the past. In this sense, we have to set up national goals from a national pact to development to the XXI Century which strategic actions in personal, local, and national realistic projects. The fertile seeds are in the young people in schools, and working places, among many others., like farms and borders. As Mr. Chang said we have to trust in our government, our chiefs in companies, and our teachers in schools. Rome was not done in one day, but we can do the first step from today. and set up higher goals to compete in the world contest as a society, from a community basis. In resume, we have to innovate and create our own development path from our limits, but at the same time with our expectation, higher expectation. This is the lesson from Mr. Chang, congratulation to him to shake our minds, and start from it to hard-working for the future.
Total support to our President of Mexico Andrés Manuel López Obrador and the national majority party MORENA, because its policy is centered on the people and its welfare, since a better income distribution and state intervention in strategic activities like universal education, energetics, and health, among others. Fortunately,. this government has great support and receive the confidence of the people in a democratic context. Something never is seen from many years ago (more than seventy). As a consequence, we hope for a better future from now because of its our duty to national development. I mean depending on all of us, not only of the one person (the chief Executive). There will be none to blame for the policy mistakes because the right design is a public matter in the democratic scenario.
