Hello, My chest is 40" to 40.25" measured under the armpits. My shoulder width is approximately 18" as best I could measure myself. From the base of my neck to my wrist is approximately 28" as best I could measure myself. I don't know how much I'll wear the thermal liner. In the peak of summer, my area is about 31.5C average. Spring and Fall are about 18.5C to 24C. Do you think I should step down to size S considering the jacket should stretch a bit over time?
