Oh! Sooo good! Starting off with a million dollar garage to make your first $500k. Btw, was $500k revenue or profit? And being a flight attendant mom does not get you first class every time you fly.
This guy does not seem to have any rent or bills in SD. He seem to have all the money saved up. Ladies and gentleman! This is what generational wealth gets you. OPPORTUNITIES!!
These stories are so self-glorified btw.

    • @shaidenvalentine1
      @shaidenvalentine1 Год назад

Let’s get it super clear since you’re confused :)
I don’t have a million dollar garage, we only rented that space after a lot of work and have to work our asses off to keep it. I built the first few vans in random driveways, side of the road, dirt fields, etc.
My rent in sd is low because i househack the house I’m living in, but it costs me $8000/m to run the house.
The longer you think everyone’s success comes from generational wealth the longer you’ll be stuck in the pit of life you’re probably in. You determine your reality, yes I’ve had advantages, but most people will never take the risks or have the initiative that i took and would prefer to spend their time in the comments section of youtube trying to justify their inaction.
      Glad we cleared that up!

Talk about judgement. Observing is not judgement. Those numbers do not add up in the real world. BTW, nobody gets more judged than a poor guy. So yeah, No need to be salty. You probably got paid by this guy to advertise his business, yet, you never disclosed that as you were supposed to. This is an ad, not a "so called" success story. @@SorelleAmore

Some common threads: material possessions seem to matter little and confidence through self-sufficiency is high. They seem to prioritize experiences and personal fulfillment. Big businesses want “consumers” to be in debt, dependent, and insecure. Seems to me that those are the things that keep a person bound.

Sorelle, Can you find a free human who was actually excellent in school? I love your content but most of your examples are people who didn’t follow the excellence path with superior education etc -- Not to judge them, but it would be interesting to see someone who did everything “by the book” until later in life when they organised their life differently. It would be easier for me to relate 😊

As an entrepreneur who loves getting a grasp of different mindsets with their own value to shine when the right circumstances are given, I like this new kind of episode. If you can get access to different types of living based on the niche of finding our own definitions of freedom and show them to us as you did with this video, that would be wonderful. Wherever You gonna go, You gonna take Yourself, even if You have over 500 000$ and state of mind from the past, You won't escape Yourself.

That’s sales..buy as cheap as you can and sell for higher. The seller never has to say yes when an offer knocks, if they choose to it’s because it’s an easier alternative to listing privately and weeding through dozens of tire kickers or no shows.
Have you ever made an offer on a car or a house? If so, You must be “preying on someone’s emotional vulnerability” to sell. Did they willingly accept that offer? Congrats - You just created positive equity in your investment.
I applaud his ability to do this in the private sector as it’s not easy. This frugal mindset matched with divergent thinking should have no limits.

The search for freedom is nice and recommendable, but for many people on this planet it consists of a day-by-day struggle to find enough to feed themselves and their kids. Some social situations are extremely hard and near impossible to break free from. I'm just mentioning this because it would be good to think about our footprint and sustainability and what we can do to help others during our search for freedom. What's it worth if you live in your free cocoon while adding to environmental issues and while many people are struggling to survive? Just some questions that are on my mind.

    • @TiyanaJ

I agree that none of us are really free unless everyone is free; our flourishing as individuals is intrinsically connected to that of humanity. Pursuing freedom isn’t bad, unless we aren’t using our freedom to make a better world for others.

I am a 59 year old woman who understood the mindset of "work to live NOT live to work" a few years back. I have been working to get off the wheel since 2019 and I made it off once, and then a turn of events sucked me back on. I should be off the wheel again, and for the rest of my "golden years" in the next year! This was such a great reminder to keep my mindset on what is MOST important to me! Thank you!

  • @rachelina97

I think this is great insight, and truly it reflects how believing in your self and your dreams is the ultimate key.
Which also makes me think about what a privilege it is to believe in one’s self.
This is no judgement on either of you, this is simply an acknowledgment of how the oppressing race/class system we currently live in makes it very challenging for anyone who is not a white, heterosexual presenting, male.
I dream of our world becoming a place that cultivates empowerment for all people. We are so easily impacted by our environment that it can be hard to see through the glass ceiling. Lets raise future generations to be empowered and believe in their ability to do anything. And let’s empower them to be innovative in a way that supports planet earth.

    • @SorelleAmore

Amen! Let’s do it! And it starts with the individual! So many more people now are represented in the media and we’re seeing endless success stories from every race. So it’s not like the world is changing and it’s up to the individual to pave the path for future generations to follow! When I started YT, I was the only photography focus channel that was female and people laughed at me. But by doing, we show what’s possible!
