Great job on your race. I had a lot of fun here today. My first race I started on pole and led the field of gr86s and miatas for about 23 minutes until I screwed up the corkscrew and slammed into a wall. Second race i missed qualify so i started 19th but was able to make my way through the field and finished fourth. This combo is tough but I really like it.
I was in the 8:30PM last night in the top split...and way out of my depth! iRacing has been putting me into the top split and it has killed my iRating. I have also learned a lot about the SR and how that is scored...PCC is fun but it is also chaos. The 930 looked like a good race.
Looks as if you have had the week from hell like I did last week. I am convinced iRacing make it almost impossible to get back where you were in an acceptable time. A month or more ago I dropped from a A licence to a D in three races all caused by bad drivers and a few bad decisions, only just getting back to a mid B licence now.
try first gear in andretti. miss the first apex by like, half a car, drop in first gear to get some rotation and nail second apex for optimal exit. my fastest in toyota is 1:35.9 for reference
@@BobGiaquintoRacing less than 1000 people are active in servers at one time, and yet iracing will tell you 12,583 people are online……. It’s a failure dude. Been a member since 2012 and i no longer keep my account active year round. Paved oval series is garbage for population as well as anything on dirt…… damn near zero people active all week long

@@Oodaloopshooter online sim racing is dead……. Good luck finding good races every time you’re in a sim. I’ve turned to all of the alternatives because all the alternatives combined is still cheaper than iracing. I run Assetto Corsa 2012, Assetto Corsa Competition, and RFactor 2. I even bought wreckfest and got all the nascar mods just to have fun.

Nice job Bob, great race management. Laguna is one of those tracks that you really need to qualify high just to improve your chances of surviving.

Yeah I tried the 9:30 race but got wrecked twice so I quit out. It was good but a few REALLY bad/aggressive drivers ruined it for me

It’s tough, right? I’m barely hanging on to my A and I’m super disappointed because I don’t want to lose IMSA
Good run. Man I want to love this series but it’s way too chaotic. Just stick with the GR cup lol

I never finished a race in this series 😂 always had like 30 grids and half the grid was chaos.
It’s always wild in this series but for some reason I can’t stop running it haha
