I have one of their slings. I loved the look but it never functioned like I wanted and it was hella expensive. I like this backpack but have the same concerns.

Boom the cyberpunk backpack
I am rarely so brazen when it comes to stuff like this, as everyone has different tastes and I respect that, but I can't be the only person who thinks this backpack is a hideous, overly complicated mess!
I want to love COFB, but their designs look alien 👽, as in, something I’d see in a Halo game.
That said I watch everything Clint puts out, it may even change my mind someday!

How does this compare to the Code of Bell X-Pak EVO? That's a sling bag but they sell a conversion kit to make it a backpack, and they both have a similar max capacity. Would be interesting to see a comparison between the two.
That would be interesting! I didn’t know about the conversion kit honestly!
I think keeping it simple stupid is a generally good thing to keep in mind when designing a bag lol.

Interesting design, too big and too many danglers for me. I always liked the look of the x-pak, but never could get past the price.
This one is even more overengineered than Black Ember…
