My daughter just started softball and is a little unorthodox when it comes to shifting position quickly and grabbing the ball - these drills have helped TREMENDOUSLY getting her looking like a pro.

Any tips for practicing for an upcoming softball tournament? I have an important tournament coming up and I really want to get in fit- it’s in about two months as well so I’m worried, I’ve only been playing for one year!
I am 13 years old and have never done softball any drills I should do so next year I am ready? I no I am to late this year but I want to be ready next year.
hey there 😊 any high school or college teams will do similar if not the same drills. they will teach you if you’ve never done it before but if you take the time to learn these now you’ll look better and have the time to practice and get the drills perfected

@@kylerwhite144 well i’m from maryland and my high school coached lauren gibson and goes to states most years so maybe other high schools do less. i’ve been stuff like this for a while

I have them broken up. Some for infield and some for outfield!

About how far away from your throwing target are you?
Not very far - about 60 feet
Quite far it’s I think further than where I practise my softball in school
