As an old guy of soon 80, I would say, it's very helpful to have an active spiritual life. It gives us a goal beyond this life, prevents depression and empowers us to bear the troubles of aging easier.

I follow and listen your podcast, look your videos from Azerbaijan and I really like your method but I am not sure this is podcast of A1 level because sentences of A1level are not so long and difficult

Lo más difícil para mí es la escucha, no se que pasa conmigo, pero puedo leer muchas cosas y aún así cuando escucho es muy difícil identificar muchas palabras y peor cuando hablan rápido, unen palabras o usan contracciones. Pero no me rendiré.
