I am writing this comment out of desperation. I typically don’t write negative reviews especially one in he place I live so dearly. However, I recently visited this hotel. The place is beautiful, had some major issues, but the most devastating thing that has happened to me as far as I can remember is that my wedding rings were stolen from my bedside table drawer in the hotel room. I am so heart broken and devastated now. I have contacted the hotel on numerous occasions and nothing but nonchalance is what I receive, no urgency, no compassion. I still have yet to receive my wedding rings. Please be aware of this hotel.

Whay did you have to send tomatoes back and get soup "INSTEAD"? Why couldn't you just order the soup additional? They don't limit how many items you can have. It's very strange you didn't know what Caprese is. Very popular in US.
Hi, thank you. To be honest I don’t recall seeing a Taj Indian restaurant, if it was there it wasn’t open. And yes the buffet as good vegetarian options. I think there could have been more options but satisfactory in my opinion.
Royalton blue waters and white sand is located in Trelawny. Another 1 is located in Negril. Of course Jamaican food is the best. Check out my video on sharkies or sky beach. I showed some Ja food on there.

I couldn’t understand what he said but I’m so curious because he said you’ll make and sell them also. It sounded like he said “bath suits”. Can you clarify what the other item is that you make? Its called caprese, its an Italian appetizer and really isn’t that uncommon at Italian restaurants and all inclusives.

Yes there was.. it was consistently hot, just maybe a few instances it took awhile to get hot but it wasn’t what I would say cold.
This is why I never drive in other countries I’ll take a cab less ways to be extorted
