For me, the socialist framework of pathologizing disagreement is the most urgent; it's a concept that was seen in the Soviet Union, where anyone who disagreed with Soviets Union would be diagnosed as suffering from "delusions of reformism" and be sent to an insane asylum. Contextually, today our situation in the UK is different, but the framework is the same in that, if you say the "wrong" thing you get reported for using "hate speech" and labelled as a racist, sexist, homophobe etc. Then you get cancelled, fired from your job, and potentially imprisoned. Just recently a couple in the UK were imprisoned for putting up political stickers!
Socialism is on the rise, and with it our democracy and free speech are being eroded. This is the most concerning pattern that requires our immediate attention imo.

Our 2 main parties are very similar and both on the left side of the political spectrum, so it’s getting to the point now where it doesn’t matter who you vote for, if you have conservative values, you have lost. Nigel Farage? Hell no, hes literally part of the problem, he went around telling people how much money we'd all have in the NHS if we just vote to leave the EU, as soon as the vote was done, he was like ''oh i just meant that as an example, not actually going to get more NHS money, was just saying ''could''..... pls dont forget what Nigel did to the UK.

When did go wrong.... from about the mid to late 90's onward when society ( perpetuated by changing laws via parliament) became soft as shite ! There's a agenda in every western country to allow itself to be flooded by cheap labour ! I learned absolutely ZERO here...sorry but there you go!
Interview people who are older who've lived through these negative and tragic changes to our once great country ! We'd definitely learn something then!

Tristan is right about our voting (first past the post), as you could in theory win 49% of the vote, without winning a single Seat in Parliament.
Which then results in tactical voting, the 2 party system, the "well, I will vote Tory, because I don't want a Labour Government" and vice versa.
