I'm a 16 year-old last year during the pandemic I was in 10 th and I had a postockdown depression, I was so lazy to even open the book already it was online class and all and when it became so serious I was taken for some tests and I was so low in vit d (B12) tbh i never went out during pandemic so no sunlight and that's when I started watching beauty vlogs and applied a sunscreen religiously even at home then I really doubted if it had something to do with the sunscreen ik that so dumb of me to think like that still I stopped sunscreen for few weeks and automatically I got better and I had medicines also then again I restarted sunscreen and in the middle of this year I again saw these symptoms and checked vit B12 this time I just stopped sunscreen and it came back normal Idk what to blame here sunscreen or sun or me !!
