We’ve had so many earthquakes this year. I’ve lived in California my whole life and I’ve never experienced this many in one year. Yes we live in an active area and get them almost everyday (minor) but these have been significant. Be prepared, this is a reminder that we live in earthquake prone areas and the “big one” could hit anytime

Yea, reports of earthquakes are a regular thing in California. I'm glad I didn't do my childhood great American dream of making my life in California. The cost of living, evil vibe, and crazy high rents showed me 20 years ago it was a big no go. However, it was still only $50 to get into Universal Studios and flying wasn't expensive either so fun DIY trips were a doable option before 2020.

I live in Southern Ut, and we had a 4.4 earthquake at 11:30 lastnight and a 2.2 last week, CA having earthquakes isn't new! I lived there when the 6.4, 6.9, 7.4 hit. I didn't even feel the ones we had here! Lol, I said it's earthquake weather, and another will be coming! Be safe, and God bless and have MERCY on us all!

We felt it in north Orange County - I felt the 4.9 shaking my craft room while I was sitting and then felt slight movement and dizziness for the 3 aftershocks. I always get a little dizzy during the aftershocks that we can't feel.
I Used to live there, Sun City actually, corner of McCall and Radford Drive. Miss being able to go ride my dirt bike into the desert right out of my backyard, don't miss the summer heat.

I was standing barefoot in the middle of a room and could feel the quake roll towards me from the East. Than the dishes and windows started shaking. I don't think it even lasted a minutes.
Would not expect much damage but at 4 .0 was thought to cause over-pass damage , thank you for checking, may be a good place to avoid after a large quake.
I realize the southern part of the fault is stuck but the smaller earthquakes relieve pressure. I hope a wide swath won't be devastated when it pops down South.
